Naruto didn't come up with Uzumaki barrage until after watching Sasuke's taijutsu though, which was based off of Lee's taijutsu.

Also, even though episode 1 Naruto had the Kyuubi, he hadn't gone through the training he went through with Jiraiya before the chunin exam finals in order to be able to more freely summon its chakra yet.

Konohamaru could also do 1000 clones. Well, perhaps he'll do less than 1000 because he has lower chakra reserves than Naruto, but still, he could make them all use the Rasengan and it's a GG lol.
