Definitely Naruto. I have yet to read or watch a series that has a main character that annoys me even closely as much as Naruto does. And I've seen over 100 anime/manga.

Technically she is the main character of the series. The story pretty much follows her life as a member of Fairy Tail. Although she hardly seems like the main character, when Natsu's story seems more interesting than hers.
