Why did the Kinkaku Force Attack Tobirama and his Team? Along with the 2nd Raikage

I believe this started with the Kinkaku force attacking the 2nd Hokage and the 2nd Raikage(Who may or may not have died during the incident). Then they went after Tobirama and his Squad. Ultimately they were all rogue ninja but the fact they'd attack the Raikage is weird considering he's the leader of Kumogakure. Hashirama made sure the Bijuu were divided evenly with Kumogakure gaining the 8 Tails who is clearly a beast. I would love for Kishi to explain this incident moreso however for him to animate it fully for an episode

Kakazu seems to be pretty knowledgeable about them is it possible Kakazu was part of this squad do to his failure in caputuring/killing Hashirama and being banished from his village a reason he decided to kill his younger brother?

Kinkaku and Ginkaku attacked then 2nd Raikage and Tobirama cuz they wanted to continue the war (their force didn't participate)

Kinkaku's force attack Team Tobirama cuz they were at war (Kinkaku and Ginkaku were already rougue so they weren't there)

Not really without intel and when you're not expecting beating them would be quite hard for Tobirama

I'm pretty sure gin and kin left the two kages at near death, while the kin forces finished him off.
