The top right panel has a shadowy figure in the rocks...I zoomed in and saw it carrying something on its back...

Looks like this:

Or Madara's gunbai...
His hair looks short and kinda spiky...Wearing a long coat...
It can't be Kaguya, Naruto, Obito, Sasuke, Kakashi, Sakura or Black Zetsu, because their all in the same spot. It has to be someone we haven't seen in the past 5 chapters or so.
My suggestions are: Yamato, Tobi (based on someone's theories)...Madara with a hair cut? It could also be Indra or Asura they both have long coats and spiky hair...Doubt it has anything to do with Guruguru even though he's still somewhere...
