But you can't compare him with Madara/Itachi/Minato/Indora U_U

Indra doesn't even have feats. Out of everyone you named Sasuke is only behind Itachi in battle and book smarts

Him being a genius includes complete mastery of chidori, beating up of orochimaru's lab-rats and being observant and analytic in battle though he still has some derp moments like

I disagree. Hes only 17 hes surpassed all geniuses at that age even without the sages power up. Minato at 17 woulnt be taking juubi jins for even a split second. Neither would oro, madara and other geniuses presented. Its not even a.contest really.sasuke > all geniuses

IMO, when it comes to battle skills, there's no one better.. Intell, the only person who is on another tier is Itachi..Madara. Oro, Minato. Tobirama are are all smart but none above Sasuke.

Why is there a debate here? Its a manga fact that he's a genius which has been stated by shinobis like rock lee, kakashi, orochimaru etc hokages like minato and tobirama have given him praise, minato stating how skilled he is and tobirama calling him a prodigy like madara. Madara himself was impressed by his intelligence and wished he was born before obito. All this added to his known feats. Kishi is the one who made those top characters state such words so if you disagree then take it up with him simple as that. Dunno why people like debating against manga facts, you can hate sasuke but the hate unfortunately can't change the manga.

Here is a timeline of his genius accomplishments

• Learns Fireball Jutsu, C-Rank Katon at 7
• Impeccable Shurikenjutsu skills at 7
• Mentally survives a 3 Day straight mindrape
• Graduates the academy at the top of his class at 12 (don't hit me with bs, you only graduated early in dire times)
• Fights on equal footing with Orochimaru using Katons, at 12.
• Beat Orochimaru's fledgling with pure taijutsu, even after having a very strained body.
• Mauls Sound Genin horribly.
• Destroys Mist Chunin
• Mastered Chidori at 13.
• Initially defeated Gaara, who easily crushed Lee.
• Held his own on a scuffle with the sound four, all of whom easily matched SRA Team.
• Matched KN1 Naruto, when KN0 murked Neji.
• Soloed Team 7 Twice at 16 and 17.
• Mastered Lightning Release at 16
• Developed his own Kekkai Genkai.
• Surpassed Madara Uchiha.
• Awakened the highest forms of doujutsu

Not much of this is up for debate. He's a genius deal with it

Who said he wasn't a genius? This was stated in the manga by Orochimaru and Jiraiya agreed. There are lots of geniuses who have different type of smarts or specialty. Kakashi called Lee a genius for his skills with the gates during the Chunin exam, Neji was called a genius, Shikamaru was called a genius, Temari was said to think like Shikamaru so she's one, Sakura is book smart, Minato was said to be a genius that Jiraiya haven't seen since Minato himself, Orochimaru was a prodigy since a young age, Itachi and Kakashi were geniuses at young ages, Kakashi called Naruto smart recently, Kabuto is a genius.
