Obito sighed to himself. His schedule was rather stacked nowadays but it didn't matter. Training those of his clan was necessary to further the plans.
Resting a single hand on the sheath of his sword, he made his way quietly to the lone individual that stood in the midst of the training grounds. "Jugram...Haschwalth, I am assuming?" Obito questioned, crossing his arms. "Why exactly do you live? For what purpose do you continue to preserve in this accursed world?"

Jugram stared intently at the man before him. He wore a mask. It was orange in color and had a swirl pattern to it. It had no opening for a mouth and only one hole for his eye. It was clear this man was of the Uchiha clan. Within the single hole in the mask Jugram could clearly make out a sharingan. It's blood red iris was clear as it contrasted with the black tomoe and pupil. Why just he wear a mask? Does he wish to conceal a scar? Does he fear his face and hair are not as glorious as my L'Oreal Model Hair(TM)? No matter what it is I must awaken my bloodline.
As the man spoke Jugram couldn't help but desperately seek some notion of his mouth moving. The mask fully covered his face and his neck was concealed my a large Akatsuki cloak. It was impossible to tell of he was moving his face at all. The only indication was that Jugram could hear him. Perhaps the man was just a tape recorder or a broken record.
"I persevere in this world to bring balance to it. To bring pain to the fortunate. To show them only true power and strength can be achieved through careful planning. I wish to protect those I serve who aim to achieve that goal. I wish to protect them from enemies and comrades alike."

Barney reveals himself from the shadows while on his regular Adachi-stalk routine. With a slow and continuous clap of his hands he says, Bravo, bravo. What a speech. Such inspiring story, oh my. Forget all that bullshit. You are nothing and you will never be anything. You are a peasant and you will always stay that, just one in the mass. You can't even protect yourself, let alone your comrades. And hell, who would even have you as their comrade? You know what? I should just end your miserable life right here and right now. It would be a greater punishment to let you live through the misery but I'm merciful so I'll be quick. With the last words, Barney dashed forward in a zig-zag pattern while throwing multiple shuriken simultaneously. As he gets closer he clenches his left hand into a fist and raises it while pulling backwards to build up momentum for a powerful punch aimed at your face.
Jugram's heard the slow applause. He turned his head to see a man clad in the Akatsuki attire. Jugram's eyes widened. Once the man finished his own speech Jugram felt anger build up inside him. A burning rage to kill the man for even daring to insult him. I can't...protect anyone? As the shuriken flew toward Jugram he threw his own to repel them. However the man was fast. Very fast. He was within a meter of Jugram before his eyes could even tell him. As the man clenched his fist to go in for a punch to the face Jugram leaned back and attempted to dodge it. The fist moved past Jugram's face and missed by about an inch. Jugram jumped back and put about a meter between him and the man.

Barney didn't doubt those shuriken would be deflected so easily but he didn't expect his punch to be avoided for sure. As his arm was passing just inches above Jugram's face, Barney expelled sound chakra from the top side of his arm so that the built up pressure would push his hand downwards. Usually this would hardly be achievable in such a tight frame of time but due to Barney's sound propulsion ability, everything was possible. This propulsion was timed so that his elbow would plant itself onto Juggram's face nonetheless. With just a portion of the chakra being expelled for the arm movement, the other portion was expelled in front of his body in order to slow down his movement and to stop just after Jugram. With his elbow greeting Jugram's face and sending him crashing into the ground due to the matrix style evasion, Barney turned around and created a rasengan in his hand, ready to slam it into the ground, aiming for Jugram's shoulder.

Description: Using the basic principle behind sound propulsion, the user would expel a soundwave from one of his tenketsu, depending on the need and the situation on the battlefield. This would allow him to increase the momentum of a punch or a kick, or even to swiftly reposition certain body parts. By ejecting the soundwaves from multiple tenketsu, the user would have the ability to fine tune his movements as well as trajectory. The user can perform an infinite (technically 361 because that's the number of tenketsu a body possesses) amount of simultaneous propulsions from his tenketsu in order to execute a specific movement while he can only perform two concurrent movements in a short duration of time. These propulsions are delicate, used for fine tuned movements thus why they do not support genjutsu induction.

As the fist passed Jugram's face he suddenly felt the man's elbow connect with his nose. The pain was excruciating. He could feel his nose break as the man's elbow pushed into his face. Almost instantly did blood start pouring out from the injury. As Jugram fell backward the man stopped his forward momentum with his unknown and clearly legendary jutsu. During this encounter Jugram managed to keep his eyes open the entire time. As he fell he channeled his doton chakra into the ground causing a pillar to burst from the ground at an angle. It was timed as such that it would push Jugram to the side to evade the man's Rasengan. However since Jugram was falling and the pillar would merely push him it would cause him to roll to the side. Anger continued to build up inside of him as the man so easily broke his nose and pushed him to the ground nearly killing him with the Rasengan. Jugram, despite the pain and blood, began to stand. He erected his arms first and then stood up fully with his legs.

The nosebleed was visible at first sight, as the man stood up. Fine, I'll let you stand, let's do this one more time. While saying this, Barney leaned forward as if he was to burst forth once again, towards the ninja, hopefully scaring him a bit and throwing him out of balance, but instead Barney let his chakra seep into the ground from which watery chains appeared, immediately wrapping around your legs and restricting your movement. Swiftly, the chains make their way up your body, towards your hands, in order to prevent you form performing techniques that require handseals and even further restricting your battle abilities. With your body locked tight, Barney unsheathed his Resonator and prepared for slicing you up, carefully but thoroughly. Using his medical knowledge, Barney knew which parts of the body to avoid in order to not inflict fatal wounds, but only inflict large amounts of pain. Like a butcher, the sword being his tool, he started chopping and swinging his sword through the air, performing various cuts and stabs all across your body. Blood was pouring slowly and the flow was connecting all the way from your nose, down along your throat and getting soaked into the clothes, creating big stains.

Jugram saw the man lean forward. He expected him to charge into close range once again. It seemed his powers warranted that. But almost instantly water burst out from the ground below him. The water took the appearance of chains. Jugram didn't have enough time to react. Shit! The chains quickly bound his legs and then worked its way up his body to bind his arms. This is bad...what!?! Jugram thought as he watched the man unsheathe a black katana. He had almost no time to think as he and the man were not far apart. As the blood poured down from his nose he could taste the iron bitterness of the blood. The pain was still very, very fresh. Swiftly, almost without thinking and solely on instinct, he gathered suiton chakra in his palm as the chains had not stopped him from moving his hand into an open palm. They had only stopped him from forming hand signs. He released a torrent of water at the man hoping to at least injure him.

The formation of the torrent from your palm just delayed his initial plan. Barney wasn't too pleased about this. Too resilient for such a failure. This had to stop. While grabbing with his left hand for the hilt of his sword, he created a small blob of francium in his right hand. Quickly, he threw it at the water, creating an explosion that scattered the water all around. The clash also created a small smokescreen which was the result of the chemical reaction that preceded the explosion. The explosion wasn't large scale and it was actually a controlled explosion because Barney made sure that no harm happens to them. The main idea was to disrupt the technique and the creator and to give himself an opening. Through the smokescreen, Barney's face appeared with the sword tightly gripped with his hands and prepared for slicing you up, carefully but thoroughly. Using his medical knowledge, Barney knew which parts of the body to avoid in order to not inflict fatal wounds, but only inflict large amounts of pain. As the explosion happened Jugram watched helpless as he was bound by the water chains. The anger built up inside of him and he shouted.
Who are you!?!?
He shouted this as the smoke from the explosion. Suddenly the man's face appeared in front of Jugram. Then without a second's hesitation he began to carefully and surgically cut him. The pain was unimaginable. Excruciating. As this happened Jugram screamed out. However the pain was so great he could barely even hear himself. As this happened he could hear the man's words from when their fight began.
You are nothing and you will never be anything. You are a peasant and you will always stay that, just one in the mass. You can't even protect yourself, let alone your comrades. And hell, who would even have you as their comrade?
As he recalled these words the anger in him finally reached its peak. The man was too awesome for him. No one could have abilities such as this. It was far out of the realm of man. Was he truly this legendary? Jugram closed his eyes as the cutting continued. The words of the man ringing through his head.

The facial expressions were signaling his acceptance. He acknowledged his worthlessness and he was prepared to die. This didn't stop Barney. He mercilessly kept cutting and slashing his body and prepared for moving in for the final stab into his chained and opened palm, the one that water shot out of. Suddenly, his sword stopped. He couldn't move it. It was tightly gripped by Jugram's hand and Barney was out of his mind. The man consciously grabbed the sharp blade of the sword and stopped the stab even though it inflicted the same amount of pain. Barney shifted his view onto Jugram's face and there he saw the eyes. They were blood red and they matched the rest of his exhausted body. The clothes cut in pieces and drenched in blood were just a drag at this point. They could even cause various infections of the wounds and Barney needed to take care of them immediately. He released the water chains and sheathed his sword back. Afterwards he grabbed Jugram's arm and put it around him and started carrying him to the nearest hospital.
