Was Edo Itachi still kinda blind?

We know that when Itachi fought Sasuke and died his vision was starting to haze.

Now, we know that Edo Tensei doesn't renew injuries that easily because of Nagato and I doubt that Kabuto took the time to give Itachi full eyesight.

Edo Itachi also, showed that Edo's can lose eyesight (Izanagi) so my question is could have Edo Itachi's eyesight been just as bad as Alive Itachi.

I doubt it. He was so blind his sharingan wasn't visible while active at the end of his life.

I assume Kabuto took Itachi's dna at a point in time where his eyesight wasn't too bad.

No. At the end of his life, his eyes were more or less completely blind. There's a few panels proving that he could barely see anything by the time he had pulled out his Susano'o.

When he was revived, his eyesight was nowhere near as bad.

I never really understood how edo tensei worked with dojutsu. Kinda weird it gives them like a full power, but fake, eyepower.
