Can Current Naruto Give Chakra?

I'm asking this question because i want to know if naruto still has the ability to give people the kyuubi chakra cloak.

And if he does why hasn't he given sasuke a cloak because he clearly needs the boost. And give cloaks to sakura and kakashi(for protection)

We've all seen what sasuke has been doing to kaguya(nothing) and im sure we all can agree that a kyuubi cloak will make him at least to naruto's level and make his susanoo actually damage kaguya. Hell, might even make his teleportation technique better.

PS: Is it possible hogoromo give naruto a little more power because he didn't trust sasuke 100%

I believe the only reason he could give out cloaks was because he had been kurama's jinchuriki for years, therefore his and kurama's chakra had melded together allowing naruto to manipulate it to fit other people's chakra types so well.

However, through his yang seal, he can probably give chakra to people like how sakura and tsunade do with their byakugou no jutsu.

Lel. Uchihas inherited powerful chakra because they are descendents of Indra. Indra inherited the spiritual energy and chakra of the sage.
Sasuke is indra's transmigrate. Kurama is scared of Godsuke just like he was scared of Godara.
