There are peoples stating that Kaguya never ever cast any massive Infinite Tsukiyomi in the past.
But how is this some kind of assumption even possible been making by this people.
I find it hard to understand
OK let we go deeper to the subject here:-
1. Hagoromo talking about Infinite Tsukiyomi
2. Madara quote according to what is state/written in tablet monument about how to gain IT eye that is 9 Tomoes eye.

3. BZ talikng about Infinite Tsukiyomi and the soldiers.
4. BZ talking about Infinite Tsukiyomi and it effect to human.
5. Kaguya talking about soldiers.
6. BZ taliking about altering the Tablet and writing about how to achive Infinite Tsukiyomi to revive his "Mother"
7. In one panel BZ talking about White Zetsu from Infinite Tsukiyomi effect
What all those scan have prove here.
There are massive scale of Infinite Tsukiyomi that have occur in the past era and many people have been effect by it and turning into chakra cocoon.
That is not look like as personal Tsukiyomi like some members having said.
If that is from personal Tsukiyomi and Kaguya manage to effect many people by herself without any assistance from large surface reflection medium that is a moon. That mean it proven that Kaguya is more powerful than Madara where's the latter need moon to cast massive Infinate Tsukiyomi.
How BZ know how to achieve/get the third eye by getting closed to the moon and write it in the tablet if not that Kaguya have shown to done it by get closed to moon.
And if there never happen in the past a massive Infinite Tsukiyomi, how Hagoromo able to draw a reflection of that technique by tapping at the water thingy to show to Naruto and maybe Sasuke. How he know what its look like especially the cocoon.
The moon actually exist in Naruto world at the time of Kaguya arrival. If Naruto world doesn't have a moon, what to control ocean tide in naruto world and other event.
That mean the original moon have been destroyed by Hagoromo and Hamura to stop the Infinite Tsukuyomi forever but after that they will going to coup with peoples that become cocoon and also Juubi/Kaguya that run rampage because they ruin her plan to create a soldier.
After that event second Moon is created to replace the destroyed original moon.
That's mean Kaguya have happen to Cast massive IT by using moon before
