They get that pink paste by blending the chicken, including the eyes and organs, blood, etc. Somehow they still make it taste so good. I never ate Mcnuggets in a long time, but hell I know it's slowly killing me, but it's so damn good.
Fun fact. A girl in my class started crying after 1 Mcnugget fell on the ground, it was only one XD
