Jinbei has mostly white hair, except for some light blue stripes. His attire consists of a long black cloak. The lower part of his wardrobe, however, is red with black clouds, a direct opposite of the Akatsuki cloth. Jinbei carries his sword at all times, strapped to his back.
Personality
Easygoing, open-minded, warm, caring, generous, friendly, advising, kind, and humorous.However, beneath the easygoing exterior lay a wise man experienced in the ways of the world, a seasoned and wily strategist, and an incredibly strong and powerful Shinobi. Although he appeared hedonistic, Jinbei’s personal philosophies were ones of living life to the fullest, and following a path of one's own choosing. He was a firm believer that everyone had the power to create one's own destiny.[ He appeared laid-back because he understood that there were things in life he could not control, but he also believed that a person is fully responsible for the parts they can.

Background Info
Born from two members of the Sarutobi clan while they were on a trip to Iwagakure, Jinbei dwelled in the village hidden in the rocks for the remainder of his life. Growing up, he got to be instructed by the most capable teachers available, such as Bishamon and Elias. Their tenure as his teacher would, however, be short-lived, as both of them would go missing in action after the first world war.
Taking up the mantle was Kaze, a disciple of Bishamon, and during whose reign Jinbo had the pleasure of meeting his rival in the village, Toku. Kaze’s reign allowed Jinbei to develop a bond with the village, as he became a full-fledged shinobi at the age of 6, and was promoted to Jounin at the mere age of 10. It was during this time that Jinbei met SY in one of his many missions, who would become the biggest role-model in Jinbei’s career and who would teach him so many jutsu. Together, they developed a new element, Amber release.
Shortly thereafter, he met Iwagakure's new generation of shinobi - Oraan Nyugen, Kesha, Leaf, ZeroGarra, Nagato and Faith. The group dominated the Rock Tavern, where they would spend the most time when not doing missions and established a long-lasting friendship. New members would come to join, eventually, such as -Mugen-, Blizzard, Selendrile, Darui.. and MantoraSama (among others), and thus Jinbo gained new friends.
Growing bigger and stronger with time, he was allowed to partake in the second world war, where with Toku he went on a mission to attack Sunagakure, which was successful. Coming back a more renowned ninja, he was allowed to take up students. During his time as a sensei, he would go on to train Wesobi, Mathias and Erzo. These three shinobi would become feared throughout the nations out of their own accord.
During his lifetime, he has met many friends. His two favourite rivals, Lord of Kaos and ~Hasashi~, would constantly make fun of him, but the three of them grew tighter to the point the three of them were considered brothers. Another notable mention was Scorps, a fellow student of SY, and with whom Jinbo shared plenty of adventures with.
Jinbei eventually became a Tsuchikage, succeeding Toku and he strived to make the village the most powerful it had ever been. However, he would soon grow tired of the formalities, and instead threw the title at his student, Mathias, so that he could enjoy life. He is now a wanderer, looking throughout the ninja world for fascinating individuals to chat up with.

He has also proven to be skilled with individual Water and Earth Release techniques, albeit he tried to have an all-around fighting style. He can perform all Earth Release Jutsu with 1 Hand seal and Water Jutsu with Faster hand seals.
Kiyoshi
Being a Kiyoshi General for some time, nearly reaching the level of Kiyoshi Master, Jinbo is quite adept at employing Kiyoshi energy and sensing. He has learnt almost every single technique, under the tutelage of Roku and Caliburn.
