The numbing poison should of rendered Sasuke ineffective, not allowed him to fight back, let alone move. That wasn't case. He was able to walk right out of the hideout with no affects.. It didn't do it's intended job.
If he was immune then he shouldnt have been affected in the first place, the posion could very well have a time limit since orochimaru needs to move around once he has taken over, he isnt going to take over a body that cant move because of his own posion
