Why do people underrate naruto's tai skills?

I don't understand why some people believe to let Naruto use clones and deny Sasuke the 3T. I see some say they are restricting anything that would enhance there base abilities or makes them stronger. But that statement contradicts itself if you allow Naruto to use clones. When Naruto uses clones the effectiveness of his taijutsu is increased significantly.

That is seen as an enhancement for Naruto. So it should not be counted for base taijutsu. Naruto should not be allowed to use clones if Sasuke can not use 3T.

Damn you...jk, yeah now that i think about it, sasuke without 3T loses to base naruto, but not 3T(in my opinion)

If u add clones, then u have to add 3 tomoe sharingan.

No. If Sasuke can read their movements, Sasuke crushes in taijutsu. I don't think we should go by base. If we're doing RS Naruto you gotta do Pre Hebi Or Hebi Sasuke both of which win Mid, Low diff respectively

No. If Sasuke can read their movements, Sasuke crushes in taijutsu.

Why? He read lee's movements, yet he got destroyed by lee. Kakashi read deva's movements, yet he still got stabbed by Deva. The sharingan simply reading a person's movements doesn't = win when you're fighting an army of people at the same time. Sasuke gets destroyed if he fights an army of naruto clones with just the three tomoe.

I don't think we should go by base. If we're doing RS Naruto you gotta do Pre Hebi Or Hebi Sasuke both of which win Mid, Low diff respectively

RS = rasenshuriken Naruto? Sure pre-hebi or hebi beats that naruto. War arc or Pain arc Naruto? No.
