My guess is that the seal will be used, she will break out of it, and they will beat her with Super Mega Ultra Teamwork Plot Rasengan No Jutsu.

Wait something has been bothering me. Didn't Naruto and Sauce get the Seal to seal away Madara himself? Kaguya was completely unexpected towards all of them possibly resulting in the Sage himself appearing to the Hokage, could the Sage be aware of the possibility of the Seals failing? Yeah it does, i don't want to sound like a Fanboy, but if the Sage Gave both Naruto and Sasuke seals then it meant that they wound't be able to outlast or even kill Madara if he regained Full power sure they were wrecking him, but that was before he regained the Other Rinnegan and awakened the Third eye which the Sage had possibly expected. Also isn't Kaguya on a whole other level when compared to Madara she basically has the Chakra of every being in the world at her disposal. I do feel like they will fail possibly costing one of them a heavy price.

madara said he was immortal. so they couldnt kill him. we'll never know how strong he is with three eyes lol.
sage said madara needed to be stopped at all cost and if IT happened it would be bad. maybe sage gave sasuke that eye just in case.

if they dont all use teamwork together, someone will get in trouble or get hurt. sasuke would be ded if it werent for others.
