Why do people underrate naruto's tai skills?

base meaning base stats as in nothing that enhances the user or makes them stronger. just like base kakashi is kakash without ms but he still has all his ninjutsu's including shadow clone jutsu.

i never restricted ninjutsu but if we took that out they'd be ruffly equal because naruto has improved his tai and sasuke isnt used to fighting without his eye. the point was though that naruto wasnt some fodder in base mode

He's been shown using chidori blade without it. As well as senbon, and he hit narutos rasengan without it at the summit. He isn't subject to fodder limitations

I promise you I'm not that thread with 832 responses defending the guy who can't comprehend naruto's idealism and calling it stupid. I'm not character basher and I like both characters, they each bring something interesting to the manga. i fully expect naruto to come out on top because the manga is called NARUTO. Considering Sasuke is a born uchiha he should have access to three tomoe but without, they are roughly equal. Naruto is Low Jounin and So is Base Sasuke without 3T

sasuke would probably be kakashi level who admitted being weaker to naruto after he learned Rs.

kakashi > non-sharingan sasuke
kakashi >=< itachi who admitted to letting 3T curse mark sasuke win.

Naruto has been fighting using his base mode up until pain fight so he would be more used to fighting in base unlike sasuke who is used to fighting with his dojutsu.

No, In the anime and probably manga, when sasuke was about to stab sakura, kakashi held his hand and they started a taijutsu fight

I've been seeing alot of base sasuke > naruto. base sasuke is sharingan-less and anytime naruto has gotten stronger sasuke was able to 1-up him with his eye, not because it was just the better fighter.

not to mention on the roof-top fight naruto fought sasuke and they were evenly matched due to sasuke's SHARINGAN.

base naruto with clones would overwhelm sasuke without sharingan
