This is basically KAMUI Kakashi vs EMS Sasuke. I give it to Kakashi, but oh well, some people are gonna deny that Kamui can transport the Susano'o to other dimensions and I don't care.

Well, Kakashi is well known for being a Water-Style prodigy. He could create a gigantic Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu to push Susano'o. If that's not enough, he shall add a Water Vortex to the formula.

Kakashi wins: Kamui GG is the key. He would warp Sasuke's head or body in a millisecond, he wouldn't even make in time to activate Susanoo. And the best part is that Susanoo or not means the same "nothing" to Kamui.

Kakashi is screwed. People forgets that MS takes a lot out of Kakashi because he isn't an Uchiha. It takes too much chakra. Kirin would be too much for Kakashi yo take, especially Perfect Susanoo, which Sasuke did awaken before it stablized. MS Sasuke even took him on half blind. Sasuke takes this low diff.

Well, I'd say War Arc Kakashi is stronger than MS Sasuke.

Kakashi isn't doing anything with or without the cloak, one concentrated Amaterasu burns him to death in mere seconds. This also blocks his line of sight.
