Sasuke doesn't need a counter to any of his techniques. He's too slow to get them off.

That's pretty baseless. We're not talking about just Hashi's reaction feats, we can assume he can react as fast as any SM user. Why does one need to have reaction time on par with a juubi jin exactly? I don't remember seeing a Juubi Jin being able to react faster than a SM user.
