Who else could earn Kuramas trust and respect? Naruto was the only one other than the sage, to treat any of the bijuus with respect. (Bee is the exception here) Everyone else uses them as a weapon. Bee and the 8tails are friends and so is Kurama and Naruto. that is the only way they can co operate. SIDENOTE - Naruto has better chakra control than Sasuke. ( not bashing here) He has to combine his own chakra along with the 9 tailed beasts AND SM. If you read the manga correctly all this must be done in a perfect balance.
