Why I think Sasuke vs Naruto won't happen

Firstly since Sasuke came back to 'support' Naruto and the ninja alliance the percentage of them fighting went down since Sasuke didn't have any real grudge against Konoha or Naruto anymore. In order to be a fight there had to be a real reason to, I later on thought since Sasuke said he also wants to become hokage they can fight for the title, however Kishi gave us another blow, look at the panels below:

In this chapter (or before it) we found out Sasuke and Naruto were the reincarnation of Hagoromo's sons. Since Hagoromo chose Ashura as the new leader, war and hate started to develop between the sons and to every reincarnation who inherited their will (Hashirama and Madara being example). After Naruto (supposedly also Sasuke) found out the story he vowed he will end the hatred and make peace. So what does that mean? It means Sasuke and Naruto won't fight, which means there will be NO final battle between Sasuke and Naruto! The real and main reason being Naruto wants to end the hate between Indra and Ashura and breaking the chain.

I mean look at the new cover Indra and Ashura are frowning so are Hashirama and Madara, but if you look closer Sasuke and Naruto are actually smiling!

I'm not saying they won't fight 100% but things looking now means no final battle, sorry.

The Sage has been wrong before. There can still be a final battle later on just to test and see who's stronger, but whoever wins, if there is a winner, will pull the final blow.

Exactly, if he suddenly draws up a Sasuke vs Naruto without proper develop he will most certainly ruin the series.

That won't be a proper true fight as neither will use their full ability as it will kill them...

That could be Obito or Madara depending on who you ask.

Sasuke and Naruto have equal strength, they have half the strength of Hagoromo which he gave Sasuke visual power while he gave Naruto senjutsu, That's why the battle between Indra and Ashura never went away, because no one won they are equal as each other. Also both Obito and Madara power lie in their eye, if you look at the panel above Naruto knows he can end the war between both wills. If they fight he has broken Hagoromos trust and promise
