Well, muu is one of the few kages with the right set of jutsus to beat the 3rd raikage.he is one of the greatest sensors and can react to movements by sensing alone, this was shown when he dodged naruto in kyuubi chakra mode...with his sensory skills, he should be able to react to the third, except the third catches him off guard as in naruto's case.
Muu has flight technique which puts the third to a great disadvantage....muu can stay in the air and use jinton..the 3rd ain't tanking this one
muu can also become invinsible and appear to give a suprise jinton....giving the 3rd no time to evade

Hm, it's really debatable honestly but the 3rd is really fast, consistently too and Jinton has a slight start up time. While I agree that Muu has good reactions, I'm unsure if he can constantly dodge the Raikage. Plus, whenever Muu uses invisibility, he masks his chakra as well. Meaning when he uses Jinton, it's very likely that using his chakra makes him go visible and an experienced shinobi like the Raikage has a great chance of dodging with his speed, despite the flight advantage Muu possesses. I also think Sandaime's Black Lightning may help him in long range. Granted, there's no feats but we've seen Darui fight long range with his so I think the same could be said about Sandaime :yeah:

Overall, I'm really undecided in this fight. In my list, I have them even with one another. Maybe someone in this thread will convince me one way or another

he dodged gaaras sand reacted to v2 Ay and dodged kcm naruto both surprised attacks but in all it depends on distance too close and raikage wins .. plus muu can just go invisible before he attacks lolol

I support the 3rd Raikage in this battle. Muu's only true advantage is becoming invisible, but he cannot mask his chakra when charging up a Jinton. Raikage has insane speed and reactionary time, he'll be able to avoid Muu's Jinton attacks consistently.

Muu beats Third Raikage

--THe raikage has no way to locate him, nor is he bltizing him, seeing how Muu was reacting to KCM Narutos speed, along with the fact that even dodai manged to react to the raikages speed, someone who is far inferior to muu in terms of sensing and reflexes

--The raikage has no real way to attack muu, once the latter goes airborne, as he simply proceeds to fire a large scale jinton that would be unavoidable by the raikage and would bypass his RNY compeletely thus giving muuu the win,
