Hmmm...My clone didn't mimicking your movement perfectly, your bind was still weak. Now try it again one more time, but add more chakra to your shadow and gain more focus.
shikamaru sighs and thinks this is harder then I thought his shadow still weakly binding nageto clone, shikamaru adds more chakra to his shadow possession and focuses more intensely on binding nagato shisou shadow and trys to get the clone to mimic his movements again he does a backflip once again.

The important thing when you learning something in here is, you must read carefully on each instruction before posting.
Read it not only once but try to look it over and over again until you really understand what are your shisou/sensei's required.

Alrirght I will tell you what went wrong. My instruction was to throw the kunai into my clone's shadow, instead of his body. So to make it clear, for the rest of the training, we will call my clone as "Oasis".

I summon a clone and his name is Oasis.
Now I want you to infuse your chakra to your shadow then channel it to your kunai and making them special shadow kunais, this will have the same effect as a shadow jutsu, trapping any shadow that it touches.
