Itachi solos. Given his intelliegence, he would figure out the weakness to obito's kamui. Also, obito hasn't shown the ability to produce susanoo yet so I think you have to give it to itachi. Obito mentioned at the kage summit how rare it is for an uchiha to acquire susanoo, so that ability might be the real difference between the two.

And for those using obito as a juubi jin for the reason he would win are mistaken. If being the juubi jin is obitos strength then you would have to take away his kamui ability since he can't use the kamui while a juubi jinc.

It's hard to surpass Itachi. He was a pacifist which means he hated fighting, was half-blind and sick yet he still got godly praise from everyone. One can only imagine how powerful a healthy Itachi without pacifism could be. Obito is a mediocrity next to him.
