let's say nagato fought kurama or whatever and he attempted to use human path on kurama, you think nagato would be able to take kurama's chakra soul?

Or if nagato tried that on any other tailed beast?

And since all tailed beasts are manifestations of chakra, they don't have soul 'technically'.
