Yess muu should be number 1 but it's just too unbelievable for many plus SM might sense mu MIGHT
Many say that since ems madara him and KID onoki that he automatically loses to ems maddy and hashi w/o knowing what happen in that battle
Plus if gaara was not their to warn onoki muu would have Jinton him from behind without onoki being aware

Oonoki would have been hit in the back after his back gave out. Muu and he fought for sometime before that. It was shown the effects of the batle. Alot of Dust realse was used. He survieved all that
That^ plus the fact that madara did beat him makes his invisiblity not all that unbeatable. PLus the MIzukage killed him. THAT IS FACT. How did MIzukage kill him? Does that also make Mizukage stronger than Hasirama?
Plus it does not matter what happend. Madara won. That means muu's invisibility was in fact overcome as well as dust realse. And he did by not using PS, as stated by Oonoki.
U are giving too much credit to his invisibility and dust release. Muu is not that strong. People have beaten him. Naruto caught him of guard. Madara took him and Oonoki. Muu killed him. There is a reason that he is not given the name of God of shinobi and other hype that the other kages have. He is simply not that powerful.

After mu went invisible he went visible in onoki blind spot and was about to kill him if it wasn't for gaaras warning, the point is onoki would have been dead if it was for gaara ...and naruto lol
The madara vs mu and onoki is a different case onki was a CHILD meaning that muu would have had too look after him, this can hinder muu as he might not have been able use Jinton to its fullest abilities and going invisible would not have help as that would leave onoki vulnerable

So no trollkage won't beat hashi... But I do see your point...tbh the trollkage should have not even tied with muu based off his abilities... Unless trollkages techs are harder to overcome than we think?? It could have been like a kidomaru vs neji battle of epic proportions

It's a close fight but sm Minato has nothin' but rasengan, with mū having the ability to fly he can dodge anything In minato's arsenal
All summons are obliterated by jinton, sm can't sense Mū, he has no chakra to be sensed,
Well, Nagato's Chameleon may can go invisible but he can't fly, Mū is a sensor ninja like minato, he can dodge shima's tongue while being invisible
he even has the area advantage when he flys, sm Minato can dodge jinton with easy, but the invisibility makes it harder.
btw KCM, BM Minato beats Mū low difficulty but sm Minato lacks the fire power to put down Mū

I didn't know Mū had extraordinary tanking abilities. Why wouldn't a kunai slash to the neck or a direct rasengan put him down? Not sure why you think minato would lack the fire power to put him down? A sage art rasengan would definitely kill him as well, considering it's strong enough to hurt Juubi Jins.
Invisibility is useless against minato because he uses shadow clones, which make him an even harder target and causes confusion (in addition to his speed). Plus Mu cant use particle style while invisible, so the moment he becomes visible, he can be sensed and evaded easy.
Flying isn't a problem either because, Bunta is very tall, which raises minato a lot higher. Plus Bunta can jump incredible heights which closes the distance even more. Then minato can use Bunta as a platform to jump off, after bunta's leap. In addition to this, minato can use continues FTG by throwing, teleporting to them and catching them over and over again.
Whatever Mu does, Minato has a way to counter everything he does.

4) 3rd Raikage.

When You have a flying enemy, who is a sensor type ninja , Short-Range attacks like Rasengan - Kunais would be useless, unless he got a way to reach Mū in the sky, even if he do, kcm naruto failed to land a hit on Mū even though naruto was flying it's because of his sensory abilities Accompanied with the flight technique, it's impossible for sm Minato who is most likely cqc fighter to reach Mu, regardless Rasengan and even kunai would kill Mū with easy but it all depends on the Distance BM Minato have long-Range attacks like TBB which would snipe mu with easy .
If Minato used Shadow clones, Mū can detect the real one and slices his throat with a kunai, Mū doesn't need to use cube jinton to kill him, he has 2 swords, kunais etc .. all of these weapons would be invisible too .
What stopping Mū from obliterating Bunta with Jinton, plus Mū can fly farther distance .

You're gonna have to show me Mu feats of differentiating clones from the real one. Because only Madara Uchiha can do that. I know for a fact that Mu can't sense or has never shown the ability to differentiate between clones and a real person, so not sure where you got that from. So yeah, if minato uses let's say 20 clones, Mu will need to get close to him to use swords or kunai. And with Shima with him, who can also maintain his sm, as soon as Shima detects him, minatos reflexes and speed in sm is more than enough to take him down.
You ask what stops Mu from obliterating bunta's with jinton? Well Mu's jinton leaves him wide open and it's a slow start up attack against someone like minato. Naruto caught him just by leaping off Gaara's sand and extending his chakra arms. Minato can use the same tactic to leap off Bunta and then instead if extending chakra arms, he tosses an FTG kunai to close the gap instead. And Mu isn't reacting to FTG either. And as long as a clone stays with Bunta, space time barrier deals with the cube.
Oh and by the way, Mu dodged KCM Naruto, but only because Naruto was falling towards him. That wasn't his top speed and Naruto can't adjust his speed while in air, so of course Mu easily dodged. If that was minato, he can just throw dozens of kunai at him, and minato pops up at anyone of them. Mu can't evade them all.
