1.) I don't know how this relates to the story. If it results in saving the whole world, possibly. All in all it's Naruto's fictional decision.
2.) That's what forgiveness is, which Naruto obviously did for Obito. Never mentioned Sasuke but it's safe to assume Naruto forgives him too.
3.) People make mistakes and can be manipulated, again forgiveness.
It's all about forgiveness. Is it rather irrational, yes, but we're talking about a fictional story. Again, hatred/revenge only breeds more hatred and revenge.
It's exactly his point from what he's trying to say that when you kill and murder thousand of people, someone like Hitler shouldn't be forgiven and this is exact the same thing that Obito did, yet Naruto willing to ignore everything despite the man who ruined your entire life and instead he praise him.
