And later on, in the famous Valley of the End battle, Hashirama won through exploiting his weakness.

Whether or not you believe Madara could have won that fight or if he wanted to lose, that's a subject for a different thread. Point is, he was taken by surprise through his weak spot.

And secondly, Obito has already been proven to be capable of piercing Juubi Jin Madara.

I think it was, it was just so subtle that hardly anyone including myself caught it.

No taijutsu and physical attacks work. Ninjutsu without senjutsu chakra does not.

OP: I recognized this as well. On top of all that, Zetsu cannot be sensed as well as the fact that Madara most likely did not expect his own "will" incarnate of all things to blindside him.

It was plot just not good plot in my opinion. Madara should have been final villain. Bringing about a third final villain who had just been introduce I think just a few chapters and hardly any character develop time before wasn't a good idea in my opinion. Even Orochimaru would have been a better choice. At least he was known and might have a motive.

I thought it was a great idea at the time, Madara bored me. Too bad Kaguya bores me just as much now.

Not to sound like a bit of a nit picker, but EVERYTHING in the manga is "plot". It was not a "plot hole" however.(which some people think)
