If we are talking about them going head to head,a jinton beam plows right through a bijudama and continues moving, the rest of the bijudama will probably explode.
Once they collide the bijudama will be turned to dust, however if it is a large one and a small jinton, then part will be turned to dust wheras the remaining will either explode or just disperse.

LMFAO what with these replies? If the two go head to head jinton obviously deletes the bijuudama. If we're talking about which is more useful in battle, it's obviously situational (if you want to nuke multiple objects scattered throughout the battlefield TBB is the way to go, if you have one target then jinton is more useful

Bijuu Dama plows right through it. Contrary to what most believe, Jinton doesn't automatically rip through anything and everything.

^ this.
Its a conclusion i've reached relatively recently and made me realise how much i've been overrating Jinton all this time.
After all its just a bunch of fire, earth and wind chakra molded into a new element which destroys on a molecular level, but can be tanked (for example by a perfect Susanoo, like Madara's) or overpowered (by something stronger like a TBB).

Actually it does. Jinton atomizes what it touches. Tbb is no different, were it to come in contact with a jinton it would disappear.

That's a misconception. Jinton isn't some magical spell that separates every atomic particle just like that, its a bunch of elements combined into a new one that when it damages something it vaporizes it.
Its no different than Mei's lava melting Susanoo for example, but the results are different.

Jinton atomizes whatever the three elements fused into a new one can desintegrate. Just because we never got to see anything that could withstand it doesn't mean there's no limit to what it can destroy.

Nah, I disagree. It will make the thing it touches vanish.

Ok... :|
I just hope that doesn't include the Truth Seeking Balls as well.

Depending wholly on what the balls are made of. If they just remove chakra then they would simply remove the jinton from existence.

From the blindspot of your Byakugan U_U

I was expecting a "of course not" kind of answer >_>
The balls are made of at least four elements and they don't remove chakra, they negate ninjutsu. They're above any KKG or KKT.

The elements don't really matter, the effect of the jutsu does.
If they negate ninjutsu then of course they win, they'll remove jinton rather than jinton removing the balls.

And what do you think more elements means? More elements = new, stronger and more versatile element.
That's why KKT was stated to be above KKG and that's why the balls were stated to be above KKT and KKG.

again, I agree w/ the TBB>jinton argument.

its basically asura path laser canon versus jiraiyas super giant sage rasengan.
the shape maniipultaion will win out.

rasengan is based on TBB & Jinton has ZERO shape manipulation.
the TBB will have more priority

What? Jinton is nothing but shapes. Where are you getting any of your BS from???? Nothing you state makes any sense!

what is the most powerful thing jinton has instantly atomized, and why would that translate to atomizing a TBB before the TBB reaches the target and goes off?

jinton does not instantly atomize whatever it touches, it's just a three dimensional object that inflicts massive damage on whatever touches it or exists inside of the technique's boundaries. Even the superior black jinton was not able to instantly atomize sasuke's skeletal susanoo arm, if it did, KCM Naruto would have been dead.

Some people need to to go back to school, and get educated on an attack that turns anything into a molecule.

OT: Jinton has shown to turn anything into molecule levels. Nothing can survive it. Not even Edo-Tensei who are immortals.
