-If a path's head gets cut off, then they need to do is aim their widespread attacks at the body who got killed, hitting Mu in the process. If Deva isn't the one who gets killed, all he needs to do is use Bansho Tennin and attract Mu from his position.

Or Deva simply nukes the whole battlefield with CST, killing Mu despite his invisibility.

Pain stomps. With full intel in scenario one, Animal Path summons all the Paths and the chameleon, hides Deva Path and itself inside the chameleon, then pulls Mu in with Bansho Tenin and stabs him full of chakra rods the moment he becomes visible to attack, something made easy due to the Paths + summons' shared vision.

In scenario two Mu becomes prey to Bansho Tenin + Soul Rip at the very start of the match. Nagato is not going to let Mu just fly off and go invisible when he has full intel on Mu's abilities.

if pain used CT Mū destroys it with Conical Jinton, if he used CST Mū can fly out of cst range, Mū is perfect counter to him

There was any rain present during their altercation. We aren't reenacting the entire entering of the village lol. At least that's what I got from the conditions for scenario #1. If I'm correct, the moment go goes invisible facing summoning path, etc, he's in the safe zone.

That's a possibility, but it depends if he were fly down and behead his enemy or causally walk over. In flight he easily avoids they attacks. However, Deva still being a possible threat

No. The rain is not a physical sensory type of ability. It senses by chakra and Muu has no chakra while invisible. Just wanted to point that out.
