Minato can't summon the toad sages!

I debate with friend and he tell me he can, but give me no proof. He say Minato sennin modo better than Jiraya sensei, but I see not how? I like Minato but I don't believe minato has even trained at the toad paradise or trained with lord Fukasaku.

So if any minato fans beleive otherwise, show me proof otherwise you all full of it like my friend who tell me sage minato will end Tobirama :eww:
