RS has both cutting and destructive power.

raikiri loses to both. wind cuts lightning element, & the choodama will literally destroy raikiri assuming Kakashi is still the person using it. Furthermore, a Kakashi without sharingan is even less of a chance. I'll grow a pair and say choodama rasengan wins.

Are you forgetting RS can even cut/damage the chakra points, similar to gentle fist? RS has cutting power that raikiri has never shown. RS cuts before it even explodes.

It doesn't explode, that's Choodana Rasengan, Are has a destructive power, and its main power isn't cutting, ur talking about how the rs can damage the cells of a target.. Those are very small needle like piercings that cut and destroy the chakra network.. Rs dies not have the cutting edge of Raikiri..

the chakra points alongside cutting the individual. RS has a few methods of damage, meanwhile raikiri has only cutting damage.

RS is better in every single catagory, the only thing Raikari is superior in is the amount of of chakra needed to use it, although to Naruto that's a non issue.

Naruto's Rasenshuriken incapacitated Yang Kurama to the point where he couldn't stand.
Later, Naruto hit the same kurama with a wall of 25 Senpou Chou oodama rasengans, and kurama was merely knocked back and stunned.
Raikiri isn't even that much stronger than chidori, the same technique that naruto can equal with a base rasengan.
