I don't think everyone is giving nidaime mizukage enough credit here. Him and the nidaime tsuchikage both fought to a death draw, & for a fact, Muu was one tough sombishh, despite edo tensei. Almost anybody important in this war can toe to toe with pain & judging from the trouble 2nd mizukage put up, it'll be a good match.

Its a genjutsu, Rain Tiger Of Will can only be used in amegakure, JB can't be absorbed, open your mind, the JB is not using any Ninjutsu in his Fighting style .

Pain can use Rain Tiger at Will anywhere he wants:|. JB is just a jutsu that can get absorbed or blown away:|. Lol - Nagato getting Butt Raped, he wins med diff. at most against all four. Won't counter any more arguments- too late here.
