I think Naruto is defeat Sasuke after the fight with Kaguya.

Also Naruto already defeated 20% of Kaguya(her arm).

The plot has been leading into an era where Indra and Ashura work together. To have Naruto
kill Sasuke would just be a repeat of Hashirama killing Madara (even though that didn't work). Doesn't
make any sense. I wonder what the plot line will be about though, assuming Naruto and Sasuke keep
their OP powers.

This. If Sasuke dies then the Sage will never have closure and Kishi would make Naruto look shittier just like he's doing now. Think about. Yin and Yang ewuals balance. Without one, the whole system goes out of whack. The Sage didn't give them his powers so they csn kill each other. He wants to fix his mistakes and end the war between his sons.
