1 on 1 Temari has a better shot. But after summoning her giant slug, Temari faces
a lot of trouble. Plus, since the distance is so little, that super punch Sakura did in the
war arc will at least shock Temari long enough for her to get closer to do more damage.

KiriKiri is useless because once they attack katsuya she blitz also the acid would burn those ferits alive

Shes a slug, the blades of wind will slice right through her as it has all the other objects its sliced. Katsuya can tank impact base attacks, but logic suggests she cannot tank "cuttign" moves as well

Especially if she is versing a Close-Combatant and even if she does use KKM by the time she has set her extracted blood on the Fan Sakura would of Done a Bunshin close up and Sealed the Deal.
Sakura can easily outlast Temari to the point where she is going to have to rely on less stronger Fuuton
This means that Temari can't do anything that will K.O or kill Sakura.Even if these Less stronger Fuuton aren't dodged they don't have offensive capablites other than blowing you back his means that Sakura will be closing in ever so slightly when she get's close enough she strike the ground causing the sand to Burst up Temari will repel the Sand only to find that Sakura used it as an opening so she could get behind.
Temari has no Close-Combat feats and Tenten could Rape her if she get's close so she get's Instastomped in a CQC Duel.
Try Countering that!
