Curse mark isn't increasing his speed enough for him to dodge 3 gates and up since lv 2 sharingan struggled to keep up with the first gate. Someone who just obtained the lv 3 isn't keeping up with gates speed for the fact that he was just about keeping up with 1 tails naruto and its a manga fact that gates is faster than cloak speed. What good is chidori if it cant hit lee? And with what evidence are you using to say he can keep up with hidden lotus speed?

I highly doubt CM2 is going to tank 1000 punches by Lee plus the Lotus. Plus where do you come up with this? How do you know that 3T can keep up with fifth gate? Where are the facts? It doesn't matter if Sasuke's has one hundred sharingans if his body cannot move as fast as Lee his eyes are useless. Nothing suggested that he could read his moves, he said he was fast and the facial expression suggested that he couldn't kep up though there were no strong explicits proving that he could or couldn't, you made that up. and adding to that regardless weather someone can read it doesn't mean they read it easily nor does it mean they can react to it. Its a manga fact that even if you CAN read moves with the sharingan you may lack the speed feats to counter it.

You solo'd your own point, he became as fastas base lee but nothing suggests CM increases it to the point that he can counter gates. Gaaras sand armor crumbled before 5 gates and even they he was injured.
