[Request] Is there any way to improve quality of this pic?

Hello guys. To be honest I don't really know much about this stuff, so I figured I'd ask you for help.

I've 2 pics I'd love to consider as avatar material but unfortunately they are kinda blurry. Is there anything (you know of) you could do to help me make them 'usable'?

saving in PNG format is also good for not to loose quality of pictures

Made them a little more crisp, but there's really not much you can do.
