Sasuke and Naruto

Sasuke's eye as we know from the last chapter needs cooling down(dehyped)!
So since His eye needs cooling, No part of Naruto needs cooling cause after rikudou power up he is been in the max!
I drew 2 conclusions from that
either
Sasuke's eye is so haxed that naruto powers are fodder compare to it that it needs cooling down!
or
Naruto is on another level far above Sasuke and cooling down is beneath him.

Help me decide!!

I'm going with Option 3: Naruto has used more of his power then Sasuke has his, we know less about the extent of Sauce's powers. Soon, Sasuke will be in the spotlight for several chapters while Naruto plays second.
