Sasuke vs Naruto

Alright I want you guys to be honest, if Naruto and Sasuke were to fight who would win but first here are the options;

Fight option 1:

Naruto can't use any of the tailed beast power as it is the fight of Pure and Natural strength
And
Sasuke can't also any power he gained from the sage of the sixth path or Orochimaru

Sorry guys I also meant Naruto also Can't use his Sage of the Sixth Power, wouldn't be fair.

Fight option 2:

Naruto Can use tailed beast power
And
Sasuke can use any power he gained from sage of the sixth path and Orochimaru

So who would win in fight option 1 and fight option 2

Since you didn't restrict rikuduo SM in option one ...naruto wins, he still has his speed (he blitz juubi jin madara) high sensor, dodged limbo...and high destructive capabilities.
