Hardly. Madara was introduced at chapter 560, we didnt know his connection to Obito until 40 chapters later. Then another 20 for his backstory.

Those 40 chapters were split between Tobi vs Naruto, Kabuto vs Sasuke/Itachi, and Madara vs gokage.

We gained a lot more info about Madara and Obito in 9 chapters than we did with 9 chapters of Kaguya. Do you disagree?
