Adult Gon is alot stronger than the chairman Isaac Netero, remember when the chairman Isaac Netero first met Killua and Gon during the Ant Arc, he showed his nen to them and Killua said they wouldnt even be able to beat the king guards, they can forget about the king.

Then when Adult Gon placed the nen restriction Pitou stated that his nen was equal to that of the King, Does this mean Adult Gon was alot stronger than Isaac Netero in Raw power?

It's like how Garp is in One Piece. Him and Netero were both complete monsters in their prime but they are old now
But at least Garp can do some serious damage to the top tiers in OP. OP's power-scaling is balanced. Old Netero could of gotten slaughtered easily if Meruem had no interest in finding out his name & forcing Netero to surrender. Netero's words "damaged" Meruem more than his attacks during the fight (before the bomb blast :p).

Gon is stronger physically and he has more/massive Nen.

But Netereo has experience, so if they were to fight the battle can go either way.
Lol, the King has less than a year of life experience and actually had zero battle experience but look how the fight turned out? I think the difference between Mereum and Netero in power was vast enough that experience literally meant jack shit. Since Gon was hyped by a royal guard to be on par with the King, and actually proved it given how massive the difference was between him and Pitou, then Netero gets trashed either way.

Except it was experience that allowed the King to defeat Netero...it was his experience with Komugi that even made it possible for the King to decipher Neteros near limitless attack patterns. If the King never went through that ordeal that fight would still be going on as neither of them were making any progress or tiring. That would be the deciding factor in a Netero vs Adult Gon fight.

Can Gon break through Netero limitless attack patterns? Nothing suggests he can. His attacks dont even take .01 seconds to launch...
Is Gon as durable as Meruem? Nothing suggest that he is.
But just because nothing suggests that it is possible does not mean it is. I would say Gon would defeat an Old Netero. How? I don't know.
I would say Prime Netero would defeat Gon. How? Again I do not know. But even that Adult Gon wasn't even his full potential most likely. He was only around 30-35 it seemed. There is still many years for improvement as even Netero didnt reach his prime until Mid 60s most likely. Even Ging now is still getting stronger and new abilities...

Was Gon-san truly Gon's full potential? I will say ofcourse not. For one, we don't know if whether Gon would have developed a new Hatsu or not or what additions/improvements he'd have made to his Janken by the time he reached that stage through normal years and passage of time. We also don't know what kind of mindset he would due to experience, maturity, and general passage of time. Speaking of how Gon bypasses Netero's Budha, I imagine Janken Scissors would do the trick, there's a reason Togashi has only had Gon use this ability once, because it is a one shot kill technique that is clearly much more devastating than Gon's main Hatsu in battle. That chimera ant he fought was confident that it could tank rock with it's eight arms but scissors made mince of it, sliced through like a knife through butter. I imagine this technique is at least x10 more powerful when Gon-san uses it and should be able to slice clean through Netero and is 100 arm Budha thingy. Remember that they would both enhancers using a a category that is 80% to them (Netero's Budha is emission and Scissors is transmutation), in which case the properties of janken and Gon's overwhelming physical and aura advantage should win no contest. Netero only lasted that long against the king because the King didn't have a hatsu and because he had no killing intent as the aim was to subdue him not to kill him. Also, I said the King had Zero BATTLE experience and that has not changed, it's manga fact. The fact that he used Gungi to win you could say is life experience, which by the way is less than two months, emphasis on the phrase 'you could say is life experience', COULD, however I could also say that this is only further proof that overwhelming power and talent > life experience and battle experience, because using less than a month of Gungi to beat someone that to beat someone who has over 70 years of battle experience is FAR more a testament of the King's talent than his life experience.

Matter of fact is, that despite what hype might say, Netero would win in a fight between the two. It takes someone with the King's Speed, Intelligence and Durability to get through too Netero. Unfortunatly for Gon, he only has the Speed of the King, in terms of Intelligence and Durability he is far inferior. And his Strength is only on par with the King's, so its not like he can simply overpower the Buddha which is something the King was not even capable of doing.
