Kiba and plenty of others want to become Hokage, why doesn't Naruto show any love for them?

Kiba didn't cause Naruto's parents death, the death of Neji, the death of Jiraiya or the death of the entire Uchiha clan and he wants to be Hokage yet Naruto hasn't said anything about him.

The Obito that killed his parents and caused war, was not the real Obito, it was just a mask he was wearing. This was established in the Manga.
