I respect Obito's true self. The untainted benevolent little kid who deeply cared for his comrades and would give his life to protect them without second thought. That is the part of obito that naruto said was so cool. That is the part of obito that kakashi went to the grave to pay his respects to. The horrible acts he did that played major parts in the naruto story was created and heavily orchestrated by madara. So pay respect to the true Obito Uchiha... a heroic little kid just like naruto. It was his poor luck that unlike naruto he was manipulated by one of the most sinister characters in naruto... Madara uchiha

That was a wonderful paragraph to read, thank you. Obito just wanted to become Hokage but went about it in a wrong way thanks to Madara. If it wasn't for Madara, Obito would have been the Hokage and a role model to Naruto.

obito is one of the most evil men in the series. whatever he was before, died when he first started betraying and killing his own people. and no half baked 10 minute redemption saves him from that.
