I agree. Some people need to reread the manga. Forgiving each other for crimes thy committed against each other is common. The Senju clan and Uchiha clan spend years fighting and killing each other, yet they created an alliance and a village together. The 5 great ninja countries and samurai country created an alliance even though they have fought each other for years in wars.

Sasuke's hatred is real but only within the time of happening not for years. After a certain time people mourn and forget.

Rock lee's determination was to be the best most kids do have that. Since his character was based off Bruce Lee i rest my case.

Itachi's Loyalty, this is like gang members being Loyal to their gang. Cults being Loyal. This one i believe was based on love. He love his village so much he stopped a cou' so he can protect the village he dear loved at the cost of his own clan. He saw what was important and needed to be done.

Hinata, most girls do this all the time they fall for a guy and will do anything to get noticed.

I'll admit personalitys are real for characters. But you have to take a look at everything.

Naruto he forgives. He determines whats right from wrong he is like a monk who fights for peace. And does whats necessary to do it.

Who he idolizes, thinks is cool is up to his character not you or us readers to decide.

Its like loving your fav character.

Look at most main uchihas. Sasuke is 50/50 bad and good. Madara75% bad 25% good

Obito 50/50.

Obito was a parallel to naruto who strayed from the path of good. Who gave into his emotions by being brainwashed and followed the wrong path. Which naruto had roadblocks to keep him on the right path.

Obito's roadblock was naruto
Sasuke's roadblock is naruto

Naruto, new obito was a cool guy ever since he started to redeem himself he knew his actions in the past wasnt the true obito and disregarded that fact. Obito said he didn't like who he had become till met naruto.

From there and obitos redemption and his dreams naruto deemed obito a cool guy.

Everything sasuke did naruto will always see him as a friend, brother etc.

But acting like this one time is oh hes an idiot, moron for calling obito cool is just idiotic, and really childish. Most uchihas are represented on the base as cool but yet they did pretty horendous actions too.

I just think fans of Naruto who praise him to death shouldn't go and attempt to slaughter Sasuke fans. I think that if Naruto and Sasuke can work together, the fans should too, but sadly real life and manga can only relate so much.

I think this comes from Naruto's arrogance, being over possesive and thinking "he owns and protects everyting".
Forgiveness is not up to him. The ones who should be asked forgiveness are Neji, Kushina, villagers who got harmed in Kyuubi invasion, Mist etc. not Naruto. He did not get the first degree harm from what Obito did. I would not think him "cool" if he killed me those ways if there is an afterlife.
