Wrong. Kaguya had planned to go to the other dimension to heal way before Sasuke had ever attacked. Don't try and make it seem like that was her only option, because it was not. Kaguya was affected by her own power so when she stood up we know the effects were gone. Naruto also stood up to heal Obito right after, You have no excuse. I'm not being one sided, just realistic.
