Kisame has proven to be very durable. Whenever I think of Kisame I think of him getting his chest blown off and simply healing it with samehada. Regenerating I mean. The 3rd Raikage had been said to be very durable as well.

Third Raikage is several times more durable. Kisame has enhanced durability but mostly just has a high threshold for pain.

Raiton pencil being > fuuton pencil is irrelevant as chidori katana >>>>> raiton pencil, and while a raiton pencil punches a hole in kisame, a chidori katana can't even touch Ei through his Raiton shroud.

I can give you more examples like Kisame getting pierced by normal thrown swords and kunai while Sandaime raikage barely gets scratches from KCM fuuton rasenshuriken. Their durability differ by magnitudes.

I don't really see how the chidori katana is automatically above the pencil; If you could demonstrate what led you to come to this conclusion, It would be appreciated.
