Orochimaru would put on a tough battle since he can basically make his surroundings work to his advantage. Orochimaru is crafty, the first time Hanzo fought Mifune, it was a REALLY close battle, is Shukaku comes up with the right plan, and is in the right environment, he could take on Kurama (50% or 100% whichever one), Sasuke's speed is very underrated imo... During the time of SM Naruto Sasuke DID still have "god-like" speed (databook and manga facts), Naruto hasn't shown impressive SPEED feats til he got KCM

If you're talking about current Kakashi, he's bette, but definitely still close in terms of skill. Gai only beats Kakashi in 8th gates in which he also dies. So that's pretty equal if you ask me.

I donor agree with 100% of the list, but I would expect rivals to be uneven. The weaker one wants to surpass the stronger one, and the power balance tips for awhile. But both end improving as long as the rivalry is maintained.

Pre-Hebi Sasuke = 3 Tailed Naruto (He could control it kinda)

Hebi Sasuke > Naruto

SM Naruto > Hebi Sasuke

MS Sasuke >= SM Naruto

KCM Naruto >= EMS Sasuke

BM Naruto > EMS Sasuke

BSM Naruto >> EMS Sasuke

RM Naruto >>> RM Sasuke
