I can't agree with that. Anyone with a defense, Minato couldn't harm.. Minato is a great shinobi, but his small arsenal hurt his status.

i hate it when people say this, he was the mother****ing Hokage and was stronger than Old Hiruzen at just 20ish, it would be really dumb to say he is the strongest in the village (which he was) if he only had FTG and rasengan

Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but are you implying Kisame would no doubt, but you question whether Nagato could? I think its the other way around if that's what you're meaning!
OT: 2nd greatest hokage? Potentially. But he died far too early on in his career to see that through. Gotta consider longevity as well. But as for all kages I have doubts about him being 2nd greatest.

I'm pretty sure that there isn't any ninja in the entire manga that have show there complete arsenal.. My point is the only jutsu he has that makes a difference is FTG and resengan. There were a lot of shinobi stronger than old Hiruzen in the village.
