[Spoilers] New bounties

I think it's safe to assume the sh's will get new bounties after this arc. What do you guys think they will or should be?

The only SHs doing anything worthy of a bounty increase this arc are Luffy, Zoro, Ussop, and maybe Robin.

I can see Zoro's bounty increasing to 250,000+ and Luffy's to 500,000+

Once your bounty gets as high as Luffy's is it become difficult to increase, though I'd imagine Zoro getting Luffy's current bounty and Luffy's increasing by 50 mil or so, also Law is going to get an increase in bounty (Due to warlord status he didn't really have one of course)

I think zoro's should be 400. Sanji's 370, but he hasn't done much this arc.

Zoro and Sanji are not captains, which is why their bounties are less than Luffy's. Strength is not the only thing taken into consideration, you know.

I agree they SHOULD be higher, but I was trying to be somewhat realistic haha. My increase was more than double for zoro and like triple for sanji. No doubt in my mind they should be near Luffys pre timeskip bounty but I don't see it happening yet.
Edit: As for why, the guy above me nailed it. They aren't captains or else they would be higher.

I don't agree with that. I think oda introduced bounties as a way to gauge power levels. Obviously it's not an exact measure, but to say they don't matter is wrong.

I'm interested in this as well. The New World journey just started, and they're already gonna take down Doflamingo who would no doubt be 600+ if not for his status. And considering we've got close to a decade left, the villains will only get stronger. They ate bound to get pretty damn high, if Oda continues to use them. I do think he said that after a certain point its tough to raise the bounty any higher, it's kinda pointless really. So I guess we can only wait and see!

I can see the kill on sight status happening. Like, what's the point of giving a bounty for someone who wnt go down. Luffy with a bounty of 400 million, how many have the ability to cash in on that, ya know? So doubling it wouldn't do much good, if he did such actions to deserve an increase that large, then who would step forward with the abilities to capture him, and where were they before when it was lower? Unless Oda plans to introduce pirate hunters again (awesome idea) bounties will only get so high before they're meaningless.

New World pirate hunters would be a really interesting way to spice up the manga! Haha sorry for the double post but just had to say that, never thought of it before. That would provide a good reason for the bounties to continue to increase. Cause right now it doesn't seem like anyone will cash in on any of the higher bounties.

That's actually a good idea. Would be cool if it happened.

after clashing and going Directly against an admiral I can assure that Zoro's bounty is going to skyrocket but 400 mil is kinda pushing it. If it took Luffy attacking a world noble, causing the impel down breakout, and participating in the marineford war where he went against Admirals and high level marine solders just to increase his bounty from 300 mil to 400 mil then I don't see how Zoro will attain such a high bounty with just the things he's done this arc. Also it's stated that it's difficult to raise your bounty above 300 mil so yea I'm highly in doubt. At most I see him with a bounty around the 300 mil range.

As for Sanji I'd say somewhere between 195 mil to 275 mil

Luffy's bounty should'nt raise more than 50-70 mill more probably

zoro 400+ mill for beating pica, but he deserves more like he usually does

only 2 that would get recognized by the government atm. i don't see how the others would get bounties. maybe sanji 300+ mill for doing something against big mom(beating pekoms or tamaga) and god usopp 100-200+ mill cuz of hype.
