Do you judge it based on 1v1 tournament fights or overall usefulness for missions and the like?

In a 1v1 fight, overall useful would be interesting to rank but imo there are too many factors to keep in mind there

Could you give an argument of why?
If you actually take to the time to match each character up against each other in a round robbin' way your list probably wouldn't be very different from mine, unless you were biased towards a certain 12 year old, which no offense but I'm guessing you are

Actually try to keep personal feeling of characters out of the equation and put a list together, then come back to me, hating a list for 1/12 of the placements is illogical, deeming something is awful without properly assessing it is idiotic

If Lee would would open the gates, he would deal damage, but as soon as he's not using the eight inner gates, he's done

chunin exam base sasuke was on the level of lee without gates, he later on after the curse mark upgrades is faster than lee. Naruto was shitting on sasuke before he was able to awaken three tomoes. Then his cloak was shitting on sasuke. He has more stamina and more durability than lee.

Well the biggest problems I have with this list is..

1) that in Rock Lee's case, it is assumed he will go into his higher gates when really it is only for very special instances (Guy even gives him rules to follow). However in Choji's case, it is assumed he is at a regular mindset and won't resort to the pills. I think Lee would go into the Gates more often than Choji would use the pills but I think there's too big a difference in their attitude at play here.

2) Sakura is put above Ino. While they tied in the Chunin Exam fight, it was really Naruto's interference that screwed Ino's plan.

Also I think you should set a terrain because Shikamaru won't do as well without breathing room for plans.

lel kyuubi wasn't influencing naruto in kimimaro's fight as much as the fight with sasuke's. with emotion kurama's power surged, and the fight with sasuke he showed stronger emotions.

Base Lee was giving Kimmimaro more problems than 1st state Naruto, 5 gates just as better feats than 1 tail

Large summons are only used while fighting large enemies, or have you ever seen Naruto using Bunta in a one on one base fight?

Nice list. I like how you put Lee in the first place even though Naruto beat Gaara, fight that he himself lost.

None of K11 members can't cope with 5th gate speed Gaara just had the perfect counter.

Naruto is debatable to keep up with the 1T cloak.

I consider my own list as a partial counter for your list, so unless you need further explanation upon things I have questions.

How does Lee 5 gates lose to Sasuke? Lee has superior speed, strength, experience, and stamina
Naruto defeating Lee is less far-fetched, if Naruto could use his cloak to outlast Lee he has a chance, otherwise he is defeated.
I made my list keeping everyone in mind, like I said before, Sasuke and Naruto are almost equal, so using other match ups is the only fair way to compare them, try not to be so close minded

Unlike you, I didn't put Sakura above Ino, I didn't put Tenten above Choji and Hinata, and I didn't have Shika above Kiba, so no, it's not the exact same list.

You said Naruto was shitting on Sasuke before his cloak. That Naruto was the same who fought Kimmi and couldn't land a hit.

In his one tailed form Sasuke could still react to him but the cloak was acting on it's own.

Unlike you, I didn't put Sakura above Ino, I didn't put Tenten above Choji and Hinata, and I didn't have Shika above Kiba, so no, it's not the exact same list.

Sakura is shown to be much smarter than Ino with perfect chakra control, at best Ino wins 3/10 matches due to the unlikely event that he jutsu is a success, all you'd have to do is rewatch the chunin exams to know this, if you even watched/read them at all

Shikimaru is the smartest on the list, pissing off Kiba and drawing him into a trap would probably be the easiest thing he's ever done, that's saying something considering the majority of his life is easy going

Tenten in a proficient ranged fighter, Chouji and Hinata are both close range (Almost the entire group is close ranged) neither of them have any chance at winning, don't forget Tenten is part of team Guy and has much more experience

It looks like you hastily threw my list around and spat it back out, your list is illogical and obviously took no thought to put together
