Who is More Evil- Danzo or Orochimaru?

I personally say Danzo what do you guys think?

Danzo was never evil. Though his plans seemed evil, everything he did was for the village. Lord Orochimaru however...

Of course Danzo, he was Orochimaru's benefactor lol. He's the one who pitted Kabuto against his mother like figure and he had to kill her which put him in a vulnerable position and joined Orochimaru. Danzo made Hanzo become paranoid about Nagato, Yahiko, Konan team saying they are getting stronger and might over throw him which resulted in Nagato joining Obito. Danzo didn't let the Uchihas help when Kurama was attacking the village because he didn't want them getting control over Kurama and this caused distrust of the villagers who all wondered why the Uchihas did nothing to help and then started to think they were behind it. He them put the Uchihas under watch which further pushed the Uchihas to want a coup. He took Shisui eye when he wanted to use it on Itachi's dad to try and stop the Coup so Danzo made sure the only way to stop the coup was to kill the Uchihas which would allow him to have their eyes.

Danzo created or encouraged Orochimaru, Kabuto, Nagato, Sasuke, and Itachi to do evil deeds

It's kinda hard to compare the two coz one will do whatever it takes to protect what he loves the most even sacrifice himself if necessary (at least so he claims) while the other is just selfishly evil. imo danzo still is more evil coz the guy is heartless as fuq when his mind is set on an objective

How was he never evil when he created or made others walk down a dark path? Was turning Hanzo against Nagato, Yahiko, and Konan for Konoha when Nagato in fact joined Obito and destroyed Konoha? He also did nothing when Konoha was attacked. He was Orochimaru's benefactor when he did experiments on children, women, Anbus while in Konoha and his arm with Hashirama DNA and Uchiha eyes are result of it. He also made Itachi kill his clan, join Akatsuki and send Sasuke down a dark path all from what he caused.
