The only one who will be affected by Obito's death is Kakashi. Flashback panels from the first time Obito "died", he gives both Sharingans to Kakashi using Sakura's medical ninjutsu, & with it he will finally be of some use. Thats my theory

Unless sasuke and or naruto leave their marks on kakashi i doubt it. He could barely control one let a lone two. Also since hes not an uchiha he cant deactivate it meaning theyll always be in use draining his chakra.
